Venture Prep is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that is structured as a Charter Management Organization (CMO) to provide comprehensive academic and administrative support services to the school. In this way, the Principal and school leadership team concentrate primarily on providing rigorous academic instructional and professional development support for teachers and students while the CMO Support Team maintains responsibility for finance and accounting, technology, facilities, human resources, fundraising, and overall curriculum / instruction.
